customs regulations
The pilot in command is obligated to strictly adhere to the following customs and police regulations and to ensure that both the crew and all passengers are fully informed. Regardless, each passenger remains personally responsible for complying with applicable regulations. Please read the customs regulations carefully.
Import:
Only goods within the legally defined duty-free allowances and limits may be brought into the country, provided that no further import restrictions apply. The relevant regulations can be accessed via the following link:

Furthermore, the import of goods is permitted exclusively via QuickZoll to be done.
Export:
Only goods for personal use that are not subject to restrictions and for which no tax exemption is claimed may be carried. Other goods may only be imported or exported via customs airports.
Failure to comply with these regulations constitutes a violation of customs regulations and will be prosecuted accordingly. Customs inspections may be carried out without prior questioning.
Police regulations:
Pilots, crew, and passengers must carry valid travel documents. Persons requiring a visa must enter or leave the country via a customs airport.
Failure to comply with these provisions will be punished as an offense against Article 292 of the Swiss Criminal Code.
Military flights from abroad:
For military flights from abroad, prior diplomatic clearance must be obtained from the BAZL/FOCA. Diplomatic Clearances
Exceptions for flights outside flight operating hours:
Flights outside of scheduled operating hours require prior authorization. Such authorizations are granted only in justified exceptional cases. Special permits for flights outside of flight operating hours
